The role involves hands‑on extrusion work, tooling changes, and strict quality checks.

Training starts on 1st shift for 3–4 months before moving to 3rd shift (Sun‑Thu, 10pm–6am) with a $2/hr premium during training; base wages include a shift premium and opportunities for bonuses,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Good English verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates thermo-plastic extruders and auxiliary equipment per engineering specs; makes corrections.
• Uses precision instruments to test and record data while ensuring quality standards.
• Changes tooling to meet specifications; monitors process and reports issues to lead or supervisor.
• Handles materials for each process.
• Documents logs and reports as required.
• Participates in area/process projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
