Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Extraction Technician I to support extraction and production operations in Quincy, FL. You will prep, weigh, and ensure quality of input material, while maintaining careful documentation and SOP adherence.

The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with extraction equipment, working in a fast-paced, controlled setting within the processing department. The job offers a standard day shift with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass state mandated background screening.
• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year in processing quality at Trulieve preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming inspections (moisture, texture, overall quality, size) of batches are performed.
• Weigh out and package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim during and after machine operation.
• Perform auxiliary duties and support extraction tech 2 in operations.
• Conduct basic machine setup, inventory documentation, and record KPIs.
• Fill paperwork checks and PM documentation; escalate equipment issues.
