Job summary

Curaleaf in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Lead Cultivation Associate to oversee a team of Cultivation Associates in our vegetative garden, ensuring adherence to grow plans, safety, and quality standards.

You’ll manage tasks from watering and pruning to sanitation, inventory, and data tracking, while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs; a 1-year cannabis/agriculture background and willingness to learn are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in commercial cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and improve each operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultivation team in tasks such as watering, feeding, pruning, transplanting, and maintaining vegetative spaces.
• Co-lead sanitation, room preparation, mother plant care, cloning, and related activities.
• Care for cannabis plants through transplanting, pruning, and fertilizing under management oversight.
• Lead the team to follow the grow plan and schedule, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Ensure product integrity and proper plant structure for airflow and light penetration.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, state regulations, and data recording.
