Sonoran Roots in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Extraction Production Specialist to lead daily BHO extraction operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality production of cannabis concentrates. You will manage the extraction shift, monitor schedules, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BHO production experience, strong technical knowledge of extraction methods, and proven leadership and teamwork abilities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in BHO production and lab operations.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain strict documentation.
• Strong math and measurement skills for batch processing.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily extraction operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Optimize extraction parameters for yield and quality.
• Prepare biomass for extraction runs.
• Ensure all concentrates meet quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with AZDHS and state regulations.
• Track batch production and processing data.
• Maintain and troubleshoot extraction equipment and PPE protocols.
• Keep the lab clean, safe, and audit-ready.
• Manage solvents, inventory, and supplies for production.
• Update and refine SOPs as needed.
