Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking a Production Technician in Tempe, AZ to operate and optimize manufacturing lines including filling, capping, edible production, packaging, and pre-roll assembly. You will set up lines, run equipment, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace to meet production goals.

You will document activity for batch traceability, report health and safety issues, and ensure labeling accuracy while following SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced cannabis production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Background check to obtain Facility Agent card per AZ DHS requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual to automatic production lines.
• Record packaging and production activity to ensure batch traceability (cleaning, etc).
• Meet packaging and production goals.
• Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
• Report equipment, product, health, and safety issues to leadership.
• Ensure product is packaged and labeled accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and compliance standards.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
