The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a high-volume regulated lab with 3+ years of supervisory experience, plus Six Sigma and continuous improvement expertise to maximize yield and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume regulated lab environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated field.
• Familiarity with six sigma and continuous improvement processes.
• Strategic and analytical with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production department's operations in assigned facilities.
• Motivate and mentor production teams; provide coaching and feedback.
• Operate and oversee extraction equipment (rotary evaporators, reactors, filtration, ovens).
• Ensure equipment is in good operating order and compliance with QA/QC protocols.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; drive productivity and cost efficiency.
• Manage extraction inventory, batch records, and traceability.
