Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant operations and ensure product quality per specs.
• Lead and develop plant personnel and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager on goals and strategic planning.
• Plan and execute maintenance and capital projects to improve operations.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
