Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum three months related experience with on‑the‑job learning aptitude.
• Able to communicate in written and verbal form with coworkers, supervisor and management.
• Proficient documentation of required paperwork.
• PC skills include Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Familiar with plant equipment operations (chiller, boiler, pumps).
• Follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and maintain extract plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cover shifts, including overtime weekends/holidays as needed.
• Sign off on shift paperwork and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Deliver safety and performance improvements and training to production teams.
• Operate processes per SOPs and PLC controls, including forklift operation.
• Assist maintenance, packaging and other teams; maintain logs and sanitary conditions.
