Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Extraction Operator at our processing facility to monitor equipment, collect samples, and adjust production to meet daily parameters. You will document readings, perform lab analyses, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a high-dust environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass an extraction qualification test, with training on PHA revalidation. Some shifts may require overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No specific experience required.
• Must pass Extraction Qualifying Test.
• PHA Revalidation training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within safety, food safety, and quality programs.
• Monitor equipment and adjust processes to meet parameters.
• Record adjustments in daily extraction logbook and review logs from other shifts.
• Perform lab analyses on samples and report readings and results.
• Maintain housekeeping and security in the extraction area.
• Understand operating procedures and emergency procedures.
