Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Extractions Lab Technician to join Laboratory Operations. The role performs specimen preparation, hydrolysis, extractions, and LC/MS-MS readiness while maintaining chain-of-custody and inventory control. Evening shift differential applies to off-hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required.
• Data entry skills (alpha/numeric) required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and high accuracy in a high-volume lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Aliquot urine and/or oral fluid specimens for sample preparation procedures.
• Perform sample preparation techniques including hydrolysis, SPE, and liquid-liquid extraction.
• Prepare samples for LC/MS-MS analysis and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Restock reagents and buffers; assist with inventory control.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed; ensure accurate record-keeping.
