Job description

Maximus is seeking an experienced External Workforce Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all subcontractor relationships to ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and operational goals. This role serves as the primary liaison between internal leadership and subcontractor partners, ensuring delivery excellence, cost control, and adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.

Position is contingent upon contract award.
