LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to lead SEC filing activities in a public company setting. The role focuses on owning 10-K and 10-Q filings, advancing technical accounting initiatives, and partnering with diverse business units across the organization.

The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 7+ years in SEC reporting, and 3+ years in people management, with strong ERP system familiarity (Oracle or SAP) and proven stakeholder influence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience preparing SEC filings such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to communicate confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Own SEC filing preparation for 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Support technical accounting initiatives and work through complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with business units and review disclosures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in acquisition accounting and related reporting cycles.
• Review and prepare disclosures for filings.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of financial reports and disclosures.
