Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Alumni or previous experience with Teach For America is strongly preferred.
• Ability to plan, execute events and campus partnerships across regions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute recruitment strategy at targeted campuses across North Carolina.
• Identify and conduct outreach to Corps Member prospects.
• Execute recruitment strategies to drive applications and guide candidates through admissions.
• Lead across the movement by collaborating with RT and regional teams and managing partnerships.
