Job summary

Teach For America is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead external campus recruitment across North Carolina, with a focus on engaging partners and building a statewide strategy. You will drive events, campus outreach, and partnerships to attract top leaders to join the TFA corps.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment or related field.
Experience building partnerships and managing campus partnerships is strongly preferred.
Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and networking abilities across diverse groups.
Ability to travel within North Carolina and manage multiple campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling to engage candidates.

Responsibilities

Set and execute recruitment strategy at targeted NC campuses across the state.
Develop and execute a strategy to amplify campaigns across school subsets and campuses.
Plan and nurture stakeholder relationships (alumni, corps members, campus ambassadors) to advance the TFA movement.
Use data-based tools to identify gaps and opportunities and inform solutions.
Make informed decisions on the selection process through all application stages.
If applicable, hire and manage part-time student staff to support campaigns.
