Job summary

Exemplar Global is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager (External Manufacturing) to lead food safety and quality across North America's external manufacturing network. Based in Morris County, New Jersey, this hybrid role combines onsite presence with remote work and regular interaction with senior stakeholders.

You will work hands-on in plants, drive CAPAs, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, R&D and Innovation to advance product quality, recalls management, traceability, and supplier

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for multiple manufacturing partners across North America.
• Ensure external partners meet food safety and quality standards; lead CAPAs and continuous improvement.
• Spend time inside plants to understand operations, support new product launches and investigate quality issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, R&D and Innovation on supplier qualification, risk assessments, traceability and recalls.
• Adapt to a highly visible individual-contributor role with autonomy and 40–50% travel.
