Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations across CMOs and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day execution across CMO network with emphasis on readiness and performance.
• Lead a team focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Coordinate batch scheduling, materials supply, direct shipment, and cycle time tracking at partner sites.
• Oversee technical transfer activities, validation plans, MRs, SOPs, and related documentation.
• Implement site production initiatives and lead system implementations to reduce cycle times.
