Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods and techniques for addressing inquiries, office principles, practices and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a log of inquiries received and to interact with the public.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Ability to learn and explain the district's personnel policies and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Interact with District personnel and the public to address questions about the application process.
• Maintain a log of inquiries on a database and review types of inquiries with administrators.
• Work with various functional areas to develop viable solutions to problems.
• Participate in special projects by conducting research and gathering information.
