Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a VIP Host to deliver personalized experiences for our high‑value guests. You will cultivate relationships, anticipate needs, and provide attentive service in the high‑limit rooms and on the casino floor.

Key duties include promoting the Live! Reward Club, driving revenue per property plans, and handling guest requests with professional discretion. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, and/or gaming.
• Minimum 2 years in direct interaction with customers.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Maryland license.

Responsibilities

• Interact and build relationships with guests, focusing on high‑denomination zones.
• Explain rewards and enroll guests in the Live! Reward Club.
• Grow revenues in line with property plans and cross‑property goals.
• Respond to guest requests and use company policies when issuing comps.
• Develop personalized guest relationships and monitor comp usage.
• Plan and execute parties, promotions, events, and tournaments.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Interact and build relationships with guests, concentrating in the higher denomination zones.
• Explain the benefits of the Live! Reward Club and encourage enrollment.
• Grows actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan, and cross-property goals.
• Respond to guests’ special complimentary requests and adjust based on sound, profitable decisions using the company’s complementary policies.
• Continuously develop and sustain personalized relationships with guests, with increased awareness of such guests’ complimentary use and standing based on company policies.
• Executing the proper complementary decisions for all guests for the use of off‑site sporting suites and event tickets based on companies’ policies. Along with keeping an overall consistent complimentary issuance with the company’s guidelines.
• Handle and respond to guest complaints to ensure a positive outcome.
• Assist with the planning and execution of assigned parties, promotions, special events and tournaments.
• Consistently develop qualified guests to move their play to higher denomination zones and monitor guest activity through use of online systems.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to extend complimentary in accordance with the property comp matrix.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, and/or gaming.
• Two years of experience in direct interaction with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• 50% Standing
• 50% Walking
• Use of stairs and elevators.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
