Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Chip Runner to provide fast, friendly service at our Maryland property location.

This entry-level role focuses on exchanging cash for chips, distributing chips, and supporting bankers, floor supervisors, and poker dealers to keep games running smoothly. In this union-represented position, you will engage guests with a professional demeanor, maintain the work area, and participate in training while adhering to licensing requirements and safety

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.
• Physical requirements: 50% standing, 50% walking, repetitive hand motions, use of stairs and elevators.
• Working conditions: 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and ~3000 employees.
• This is a union position with potential union dues/fees.

The chip runner works with bankers, floor supervisors, and poker dealers to ensure a favorable guest experience from beginning to end.

Please note that this is a union-represented position and scheduling is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Team Members may be required to participate in shift bids, and shift assignments may change based on operational requirements and Team Member seniority.
