Quanta Power Solutions seeks an External Communications & Digital Strategist to own the company’s external communications strategy and elevate brand presence. You will craft content, lead editorial calendars, and shape messaging across recruitment, culture, and partnerships.

The role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision making with collaboration across marketing, design, and leadership. Travel to events and sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in external communications or marketing (portfolio required).
• Proven success building and managing social media strategy across company and executive accounts, including analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the external editorial calendar by sourcing, packaging, and publishing content across formats.
• Drive external messaging focusing on recruitment, culture, and brand stories.
• Develop a living marketing and brand hub with decks, videos, images, and talking points.
