Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to lead communication campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with clear tone.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication initiatives from concept through execution aligned with priorities.
• Develop messaging for key projects and enterprise announcements.
• Write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with leaders to craft compelling stories communicating vision and results.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments for aligned plans.
• Ensure message consistency and timely delivery across channels.
