West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our field team. You will load materials, travel to homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, careful finish that wows customers.

The role emphasizes carpentry, remodeling, and basic tool use, with a starting schedule Monday–Friday at 6:30 AM. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a hunger to learn!
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
