Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• No DUI/DWI in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas
• Operate landscaping equipment and vehicles
• Collaborate with team to maintain grounds year-round
• Follow safety, security and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA)
• Assess landscaping needs and implement upgrades
