Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to expand our residential exteriors business across Utah. You will start by canvassing neighborhoods, run in-home consultations on leads, and inspect roofs while building strong relationships with homeowners throughout the process.

You will guide customers through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, and installation day, while growing a personal pipeline and referral network.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, roofing)
• Track record of closing deals face to face
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners.
• Guide homeowners through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.
