Bartlett Homes and Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Utah to develop a local client base, close deals, and build a referral network. This field-based, full-time role offers paid training and uncapped commission with earnings potential highlighted in the pay overview.

You'll work directly with homeowners across Wasatch Front, attending daily team meetings and managing your own pipeline from canvassing to in-home consultations. A driver's license and reliability are required.

Competenze

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, roofing).
• Proven track record of closing deals face to face.
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Mansioni

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors and measure.
• Walk homeowners through options, pricing, financing, and claims.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly 1:1s with your manager.
