Bartlett Homes and Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Utah team in Murray. You will drive growth through canvassing, home visits, and guiding homeowners through roofing and exterior solutions. Training provided with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

We value discipline, resilience, and a proven track record in direct sales. You will work in the field across the Wasatch Front, building a referral network and closing deals with homeowners.

Qualificações

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing).
• A track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments.
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, measure, build homeowner relationships.
• Guide homeowners through product options, pricing, financing, claims, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-one with manager.
