Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to service the Kansas City market, mainly in Lees Summit and surrounding areas. You will meet homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide projects from inspection to completion, earning from a base plus uncapped commissions.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided, and local travel is expected. This full-time role offers weekly pay and opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs.
• Must be able to work full-time outdoors in varying weather.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and provide professional inspections.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
