Jobot is seeking an Exterior Remodeling Project Manager in the United States to lead field crews on one large commercial/multifamily exterior remodeling project. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with leadership and crews across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of exterior remodeling experience (siding, windows, doors, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects (preferred).
