Job summary

West Shore Home in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our field installation team. You will load materials by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, greet clients, and install replacement windows and exterior doors while keeping the worksite clean and safe.

The role requires carpentry or remodeling experience, basic knowledge of hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; able to log into systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Residential Remodeler
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $22-26 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
