Job summary

Walmart in Springville, NY is seeking a Technician in Facility Services to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment at retail locations, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on maintenance.

You will assess cleaning areas, select appropriate pressure settings, and ensure quality results while collaborating with teams and supporting other facility tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and nozzles
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records and logs
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
