Job summary

ECC Exteriors seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of construction superintendents across Southern California and serve as the critical link between field operations and our leadership, accounting, and project management teams to drive on-time, on-budget exterior renovations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction operations or field management
• Experience leading teams of Superintendents across multiple active projects
• Strong subcontractor management and pay-application know-how
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction software such as Company Cam or NetSuite
• Willingness to travel between job sites

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of construction superintendents across multiple job sites
• Coordinate site logistics, project timelines, and field resources
• Review subcontractor pay apps, lien releases, and insurance requirements
• Attend weekly accounting and operations meetings and provide field updates
• Monitor project milestones, schedules, and field performance metrics
• Promote safety and quality per OSHA and ECC standards
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs across Southern California projects
