Job summary

ECC Exteriors in Northern California seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead large-scale exterior renovation projects from inception to completion. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety while maintaining client relationships and driving on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in exterior construction, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel to multiple Northern California and Reno sites. Excellent compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years supervising exterior multi-family/commercial construction.
• Ability to read drawings and manage complex schedules, safety, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of exterior renovation projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Develop schedules, logs, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Travel between job sites in Northern CA and Reno, NV as needed.
