Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a maintenance teammate to support exterior cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep at our new Texas Hill Country destination. You’ll operate commercial cleaning equipment, work outdoors in varied weather, and help maintain guest-facing areas to Canyon Ranch standards.

Requirements include 1–2 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction at our elevated wellness

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and maintenance tasks.
• Work safely outdoors in Texas weather and handle physical duties (lifting, digging, moving materials).
• Operate pressure washers, pumps, hoses, surface cleaners, and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site with quality inspections.
• Interact professionally with guests and team members with strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Experience with pressure washing, exterior cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, construction, or painting, including use of commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work safely outdoors in Texas weather and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials.
• Experience operating pressure washers, pumps, hoses, surface cleaners, trucks, golf carts, UTVs, and trailers.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices, hazard identification, and maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Attention to detail with the ability to perform final quality inspections and ensure guest-facing areas meet company standards.
• Professional attitude, dependable attendance, and ability to interact positively with guests and team members while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• 1–2 years of general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch standards of excellence, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; able to work independently, under pressure, with flexible schedules, and in compliance with safety regulations.
