Job summary

Botanical Designs is seeking an Exterior Installation Horticulture Technician to install outdoor landscapes at Saint Paul locations. The role requires professionalism, safety consciousness, and teamwork to ensure high-quality installations.

Responsibilities include following direction from Crew Lead/Designer, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and reporting issues promptly. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year horticultural, landscape or construction experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a box truck in urban settings.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior landscape accounts per supervisor guidance.
• Maintain professional appearance, safety, and company image.
• Communicate effectively with crew leads, designers and clients.
• Report incidents, equipment needs, and changes promptly.
• Follow daily routines and Lean activities as directed.
