The role emphasizes safety compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and a two-year landscaping background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and speak English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• 2 years’ landscaping/gardening experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to keep spaces clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory guidelines including OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
