Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of assigned areas at a property in Miami. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols while performing cleaning, maintenance, and reporting duties to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include waste handling, floor care, equipment upkeep, and completing forms and work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty ashtrays and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax floors and common areas with cleaning equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas and repaint as needed to stay attractive.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
• Wash outdoor walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax/polish as needed.
• Report maintenance items to Building Maintenance Department.
• Follow safety procedures when using new equipment.
