Responsibilities

• Removes trash and debris from exterior areas and performs manual sweeping in tight spots.
• Conducts basic preventive maintenance and logs daily inspections and route logs; reports equipment issues.
• Assists with exterior maintenance tasks such as pressure-washing and material staging.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
