Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Field-Based Sales Representative to drive home exterior projects across the Wasatch Front. You’ll canvass neighborhoods, run in-home consultations, and close deals with homeowners, earning uncapped commissions and paid training.

First-year earnings average is strong, with the potential to exceed six figures as you build a client base and referrals. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales.
• Track record of closing deals face to face.
• Comfort working outdoors on ladders and roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, build relationships with homeowners.
• Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, guiding options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.
