Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to work in the Murray area, focused on field-based selling of exterior home improvements. You will build your own pipeline, canvass neighborhoods, run in-home consultations, and close deals with homeowners.

You''ll start with paid training and then earn uncapped commissions, with rapid ramp and annual increases in commissions as you prove yourself. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, roofing).
• Track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments.
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on leads and prospects.
• Inspect roofs/exteriors, take measurements, and guide homeowners.
