Job summary

DG Crays Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead exterior envelope projects across commercial, residential, and federal sectors from submittal through closeout. You will direct project finances, build vendor relationships, and guide field teams on high-impact projects in Indianapolis with 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site commercial, residential, or federal projects.
• Active OSHA 30, Aerial Lift, and First Aid certifications.
• Travel up to 30% for site visits and meetings.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, contracts, take-offs, and project accounting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 architectural panel, siding, and roofing projects from submittal to closeout.
• Maintain project financial health and track gross profit vs targets; manage material surplus.
• Track milestones and financials using Contractor Foreman and Procore.
• Draft subcontracts, issue purchase orders, and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with Site Managers on installation details, equipment, and deliveries.
• Perform field layout measurements to verify substrate readiness for crews.
• Execute change orders, review weekly pay applications, and report cost-to-complete.
• Be adaptable and willing to learn new scopes and jump in where needed.
• Serve as a versatile team member spanning financials, logistics, and client communications.
