Big-D Construction is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with exterior envelope experience for a project in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead safety, quality, schedule, and field coordination to deliver on-time results.

Ideal candidates have temple project experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera 6. This role offers a path to growth within a growing company and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one LDS Temple construction project, renovation, or major expansion.
• Exterior envelope leadership and oversight.
• Experience coordinating specialty trades and quality control inspections.
• Strong finish work background.
• Proficient in Procore and Primavera 6; MS Office suite.
• Ability to lead and manage teams; excellent communication.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination.
• Represent the company in meetings and interface with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and direct all subcontractors and vendors.
• Work with project team to establish goals and accountability.
• Assume responsibility for productivity, materials, and contractual performance.
• Coordinate inspections with city officials from day one.
• Verify subcontractor scope completion.
• Seek to learn changes in the industry.
