Cloute LLC in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking an experienced Manager of Washing Services to lead our washing division across window cleaning, exterior washing, and related maintenance. • Experience leading service teams in cleaning/home services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
• No specific degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Washing Division across window cleaning, exterior washing, and related services.
• Manage 8–10 technicians in slow season and 15–20 in peak season.
• Oversee Customer Service Coordinators and daily scheduling, equipment, and safety.
• Drive KPIs on revenue, margins, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive, growth‑oriented team culture and develop staff.
