• Prior management or lead experience in cleaning, restaurant, or retail environments.
• Willingness to train and learn cleaning techniques and client expectations.
• Dependability and ability to cover for others and manage locations.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with staff and clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned commercial cleaning accounts, including supervising staff and performing cleaning tasks as needed.
• Train new hires on cleaning techniques and client-specific requirements.
• Schedule and manage coverage for absences or requests for other locations.
• Work evenings and weekends at client sites with materials provided on-site.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
