We are building the first nationwide home remodeling brand and are looking for motivated individuals to join our Salisbury team. As a trainee, you will learn to deliver exceptional window installation and exterior remodeling services, working closely with experienced professionals.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Interest in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and a smartphone or smart device for company systems

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, prepare materials, and load trucks
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport
• Install windows and exterior doors with care and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and respect for customer homes
• Enjoy consistent, year-round work
