McLeod Construction LLC in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Exterior Carpenter to support Capital Projects. You will perform exterior demolition, recladding prep, and install siding, trim, and windows on occupied properties.

The role requires at least 2 years of carpentry experience, travel to King/Snohomish Counties, and adherence to safety standards. Competitive pay and benefits are offered alongside ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Experience with exterior siding, framing, window and door installation.
• Willing to travel to jobsites in King and Snohomish Counties.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior demolition and recladding prep.
• Install siding, exterior trim, windows, and doors.
• Complete structural wood framing and repair damaged framing as needed.
• Install weather-resistant barriers (WRB), metal flashing, and waterproofing systems.
• Repair and build building envelope to prevent water intrusion.
• Repair and replace decks and other exterior components.
• Read and follow project plans and instructions from jobsite leadership.
• Identify material needs and communicate unexpected field conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on occupied properties.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and coworkers.
• Use company apps for timekeeping and photo documentation.
• Work with crew to meet project schedules while maintaining quality and safety.
