Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in interior finish carpentry and residential repair work.
• Strong knowledge of drywall finishing, trim work, painting, and flooring installation.
• Ability to take material take-offs and plan ahead.
• Fully tooled and capable of independent work.
• Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus).
• Reliable transportation (may need to move between job sites in a day).
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
