• Experience using maintenance management or work order systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to accommodate weekend and overtime work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
