Job summary

The LSU AgCenter is seeking an Assistant/Associate Professor (Extension) in a non-tenure track role focused on program evaluation and organization development training in Baton Rouge, LA.

The position reports to the Associate Director for LCES Administration and emphasizes collaboration with agents, researchers, and specialists to design, evaluate, and improve statewide programs. A PhD and strong Extension evaluation background are required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Extension Education, Agricultural Education, or related field.
• Strong background in Extension program evaluation.
• Experience providing training and guidance for program evaluation teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess statewide programs.
• Provide training sessions, workshops, and resources for program evaluation.
• Guide needs assessment and evaluation; curate evidence-based resources.
• Support site updates and collaborate on federal reporting with leaders.
