Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/SE or Business Administration.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Commitment to the full term (8 months co-op or 4 months internship).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter able to independently resolve issues with limited guidance.
• Team-player with a fast-learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities in Bobcat’s ERP system
• Perform record retention duties and assist with reconciliation as needed
• Communicate directly with the dealer network
• Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics
• Help drive improvements and answer inquiries
• Assist with process documentation creation
• Assist with writing, maintaining, and testing code for systems and tools used by cross-functional users
• Assist with training dealers and field staff on Protection Plus offerings
