About the Role

Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) is growing! As we expand our team with SAP SuccessFactors, we’re seeking a highly experienced Extended ECM for SuccessFactors Consultant to help our clients connect HR operations with intelligent content management.

You’ll lead the design, configuration, and deployment of integrated OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role blends strategic insight, technical know-how, and a consulting mindset to drive real business results for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of OpenText Extended ECM integrations with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and more).
• Configure ECM to support HR workflows, document and records management, and compliant content archiving.
• Optimize HR processes by linking structured data in SuccessFactors with unstructured content in ECM.
• Map metadata between HR systems and content repositories for consistency and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations through robust content lifecycle strategies.
• Support implementation projects using SAP Activate or Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and train end users.
• Translate technical solutions into HR and business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:

• OpenText Extended ECM – Deep knowledge of Content Server, Business Workspaces, Archive Center, document lifecycles, and configuration for HR-specific use cases.
• SAP SuccessFactors – Familiarity with data models, APIs (OData/SFAPI), and UI elements across modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, and Learning.
• Integration Experience – Hands-on with middleware like SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, or Boomi. Metadata mapping and API interactions are key.
• Cloud/Deployment Models – Comfortable working across cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments; familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Document Management services.

Domain Knowledge:

• HR business process fluency: onboarding, talent management, performance reviews, learning & compliance.
• Experience driving process improvement through content automation and digital HR transformation.

Soft Skills:

• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting ability.
• Project management experience with scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in OpenText Extended ECM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with SAP Document Management Service or OpenText Documentum.
• Change management experience to support user adoption.
• Data-driven mindset for monitoring usage and driving continuous improvement.
